The Postgraduate Program in Business Administration – MBA (PMS MBA) of the University of the Aegean was re-established in 2018-2019 (it began its operation in the academic year 2001-2002).
It is designed, organized and implemented by the Department of Business Administration (DBA) of the Business School of the University of the Aegean, aiming at the scientific training of students in issues related to Business Administration.
The Postgraduate Program in Business Administration awards a Postgraduate Diploma, with the following specializations:
- Audit and Financial Analysis
- Organization and Management
- Operations and Innovation
Executive MBA Program
The Executive MBA Program was re-established in 2018-2019 (it began operation in the spring semester of the 2015-2016 academic year). Its purpose is to provide knowledge, skills, techniques and general management tools, with the aim of creating executives of a high scientific level.
It is addressed exclusively to employees, executives of businesses and organizations who seek to expand their knowledge and improve their skills, in order to respond to the increasing modern market demands, as they are formed in a complex economic environment where only knowledge and know-how remain unchanging values.
The PMS awards a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration for Executives – EXECUTIVE MBA, with the following specializations:
- Business Administration
- Entrepreneurship
- Accounting – Finance
DBA Collaborations in Postgraduate Programs
- The Department of Business Administration and the Departments of Economics and Tourism Management (TODIT) and Environment of the University of the Aegean have organized and operate the Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program "Strategic Management of Tourist Destinations and Hospitality Businesses" (operating since the academic year 1998-1999), under the responsibility of the Department of Business Administration until 2022-2023, while responsibility has now been assumed by TODIT. The objective of the Postgraduate Program is the basic education and systematic training of students on various issues related to tourism and tourism development.
- The Department of Tourism Management of the University of West Attica (as the lead Department) and the Department of Business Administration of the University of the Aegean have organized and operate the Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Course “Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Tourism”.
- The Departments of Economics and Sustainable Development, Geography and Informatics and Telematics of Harokopio University, the Department of Business Administration of the University of the Aegean and the IREST of the Universite Paris I Pantheon – Sorbonne have organized and operate the Transnational, Inter-Institutional and Inter-Departmental Postgraduate Course “Sustainable Tourism Development: Heritage, Environment, Society”.
