Doctoral Research

Doctoral research within the Department of Business Administration is conducted in an active and collaborative academic environment that systematically supports the academic development of doctoral candidates and promotes the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and research experiences.

To this end, the Department organizes annual scientific meetings and doctoral research seminars, during which doctoral candidates present the progress of their dissertations, discuss methodological issues, and engage in constructive academic dialogue with faculty members and the wider academic community. These activities contribute to the development of a collaborative culture characterized by academic support, intellectual exchange, and collective learning.

In addition, doctoral candidates and PhD graduates of the Department actively participate in:

  • national and international academic conferences;
  • publications in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes;
  • research projects and funded research initiatives; and
  • the activities of the Department’s research laboratories and research groups.

This broad spectrum of research activity strengthens the connection between doctoral research and contemporary scientific developments while fostering skills that are essential for the academic and professional development of early-career researchers.
