The specialization in Management provides knowledge in the areas of project management, change management, service management and corporate social responsibility. These areas of expertise are covered by the corresponding courses that are systematically referred to critical issues in the field of Management. Examples of the topics presented are the management of a project from its initial stage to its completion, the methodologies of business transformation, the nature and the role of the service sector and its management, the theories of corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics, the standards of the social dimension of corporate social responsibility (CSR), CSR indicators, etc. Students have the opportunity to explore critical topics in the subject area of Management, acquiring the appropriate skills for their professional advancement to positions of responsibility.
